Project SpaceMonkey reimagines the modern office workspace through an activity-based design approach that honors diverse working styles. This project was undertaken during my first internship at Fractal Analytics.

As part of a cross-functional team, I led the user research phase by identifying distinct user personas - from administrative staff to project leaders - and mapping their specific spatial needs. The project's innovation lies in its flexible, reconfigurable zones that support both collaborative and focused work modes. Key design features include mobile whiteboard systems, modular furniture configurations, and dedicated spaces for making, sharing, and recharging.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, SpaceMonkey creates an ecosystem where team members can seamlessly transition between individual concentration, creative collaboration, and social connection. The resulting design not only optimized the physical environment but fostered a workplace culture that celebrates both community and personal agency.
